BBQ Chicken with Crabbies Mango Chilli Salsa2


Serves: Five as a starter or three as a main



  • 10 large chicken pieces   
  • 50ml rapeseed oil  
  • 1 chili   
  • 3 shallots  
  • 1 mango   
  • 100 ml of Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer   
  • 50g of coriander  



  • Chop the mango, shallots and chilli into small dice place in a bowl. Add the rapeseed oil and Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • Grill the chicken fillets  on the BBQ for about 2 to 3 min each side
  • Put on a plate, dress the chicken with the mango salsa
  • Chop coriander put on top
  • Serve
