Chilli Con Carne

Chilli on Sweet Potato1


Prep: 15 minutes

Cook: 30 minutes

Serves: Four



  • 1 onion   
  • 2 red peppers  
  • 2 fresh chillies   
  • 1tbs of smoked paprika   
  • 500g of beef mince   
  • 400g of tinned tomatoes   
  • 400g of kidney beans   
  • 2 ripe avocados  



  • Chop the onions peppers and chilli, cook in a hot pan cook for about 10min
  • Add the beef mince, cook out for about 10 min
  • Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and kidney beans cook out for about 30min
  • Chop up the avocados put the in just before you’re about serve
  • Serve with either rice or a baked sweet potato
