Crabbie’s Chicken Stir-Fry

Crabbies Chicken Stir Fry1


Prep: 15 minutes

Cook: 30 minutes

Serves: Three



  • 500g diced chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 sliced peppers, ideally 1 yellow, 1 red & 1 green
  • 100 ml of Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • 100g of roasted cashews  
  • 100 ml of soy sauce  
  • Oil for frying  



  • Heat the oil in the wok and add chicken, cook for 5 minutes
  • Add the sliced peppers and onion to the wok and cook for a further 5 minutes
  • Add the Crabbie’s and soy sauce
  • Cook until this reduces into a thick sauce
  • Serve with rice and top with roast cashews



  • To reduce, cook in a pan until liquid evaporates
